Irrigation water updates can be found on the Town's website at https://www.aultcolorado.gov/waterupdates. Townhomes are invoiced quarterly district fees in January, April, July and October. Payments are due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. *Delinquent account payments (anything past 6 months and >$150) will be due to the FrommCo office by 5:00 pm, on November 27th (due by, not post-marked by). Any account that remains delinquent after that date will be assessed a certification fee and turned over to the County for collection with the 2027 property taxes.* Please be sure that you are remitting payment either through your Residential Portal, or via a check or money order through the US Mail - PO Box 630588, Highlands Ranch, CO 80163 (we do not accept any payments over the phone). Please refer to the below for seasonal reminders:
-Homeowners are responsible for the removal of snow upon their driveway and sidewalk areas; the District maintains the common areas and the Town maintains the main streets.
-Please be mindful of your holiday decorations and partner with us to prevent any potential nuisances for surrounding people and properties (noise, lights, odors, safety, parking, wiring, traffic, etc).
-Properties still need to be kept in an overall, well-maintained condition.
-Vehicles must be legally parked upon the street or driveway area.
-Pets may not be causing a nuisance for any surrounding person/property. Pets must be leashed and abide by all laws, ordinances, covenants, and restrictions.
-Please contact your trash provider directly if you need additional items picked up or have any service questions; the District does not handle the trash service for the community.
