Board Meetings, Notices, Agendas & Minutes
Per the provisions of Section 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended by HB21-1278, the District may hold meetings of the Board at a physical location or by telephonic, electronic, or virtual means, or a combination of the foregoing.
Regularly scheduled Board meetings for 2024 are as follows:
- February 28, May 22, August 28 at 2:00 pm (cancelled!) & November 27 (cancelled)
- Special meeting to be held on September 3rd at 2:00 pm
- The Annual Community Meeting and Budget Hearing for Conestoga MD Nos. 1-5 will be held on November 12 at 5:30 p.m.
Special meetings are called and held on an as-needed basis; notices/agendas are posted to the District’s website pursuant to House Bill 19-1087.
