Board Meetings, Notices, Agendas & Minutes
Per the provisions of Section 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended by HB21-1278, the District may hold meetings of the Board at a physical location or by telephonic, electronic, or virtual means, or a combination of the foregoing.
Regularly scheduled Board meetings for 2025 are as follows:
- March 5, May 28, August 27 at 2:00 pm via Zoom & Teleconference (to be provided in agenda)
- The Annual Community Meeting was held on August 4th, 2025 @ 2:00 pm, and was posted/noticed as required by law. Please refer to the Agenda & Notice located below.
Special meetings are called and held on an as-needed basis; notices/agendas are posted to the District’s website pursuant to House Bill 19-1087.
