Architectural Review

All exterior alterations must have approval by the Architectural Control Committee “ARC” prior to installation. Please review the rules and regulations below to understand the detail that should be included in your application. Landscape plans along with the Design Review Request Form can be submitted via the email address below. Occasionally a request may require a $90 Design Review & Inspection Fee, if applicable. That amount will be billed accordingly, when necessary.
