 The District is mostly built-out with a combination of Single Family and Townhome units.  There is also some commercial development in-progress.

Debt Authorized for Public Infrastructure:  $9,750,000; District No. 2 issued bonds for this on 10/07/2021; Limited Tax GO Refunding & Improvement Bonds, Series 2021A(3)


Maximum Mill Levy to Repay Public Infrastructure Debt (Debt Service Mill Levy):  50.000 Aggregate (subject to adjustment)
